01. How do I place an order?

- See something you like? Note the code number (e.g. #____), color and quantity of your choice.
- Be really sure that you want to purchase it.
- Fill up the Order Form.
- Wait for an invoice (give or take 3 working days; we work too!)
- Handle payment within 2 working days.

02. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. Submit your form with the DELIVER MODE field marked as "Elsewhere" and we will send you a quotation on shipping.

03. What modes of payment do you accept?

For Malaysian customers, fund transfers to: Maybank & CIMB Bank.
For Singapore customers, fund transfers to: OCBC Singapore.
For customers from elsewhere, PayPal is accepted with a nominal service fee charge.

04. Are reservations allowed?

No darling, sorry but no. It is a whole lot of unnecessary work handling back-out buyers.

05. Do you do Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Nope. It would be horribly unfair to buyers, given our erratic schedules.

06. What shipping options are there?

Flat rate of RM5 and RM8 for Poslaju shipping to Peninsular and East Malayisia respectively.
SGD5 for Registered Mail to Singapore.
For shipping rates to elsewhere, wait for a quotation in your invoice.

(Rates quoted are for single apparel items, not including shoes or multiple items).
