ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT.
PRE-ORDERS will be issued store credit if canceled.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
This includes any flash sales or promotions we offer.
Due to hygiene issues, all swimwear, bras, basics and beauty items are final sale. Accessories are also final sale.
Items that are eligible for returns must be received within 14 DAYS of the date the item is delivered. The date will be confirmed by the tracking number when the item is shipped out. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and have all tags still attached. Items also cannot have any makeup stains, deodorant stains, odors, or animal hair in order to be eligible for return. If an item is returned and has any of the stated above, it will not eligible for return or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We highly recommend purchasing insurance on your item to make sure that you are covered if something is damaged during return shipping. doll.haus is not responsible for items damaged due to shipping services. Once we receive the item back and verify it is as stated above, you will receive an email with a code for a store credit within 3-6 business days.
